Yapılış Tarihi | 12 December 2025, Friday
By the Coordination of the Specialization in Animal Husbandry Project, Year-End Monitoring and Evaluation Meetings were held between December 10-12, 2025, with the aim of evaluating the studies conducted throughout the year within the scope of specialization projects in a multidimensional manner and conducting the planning process for the next period within a common framework.
During the meetings, the activities carried out by the project teams throughout the year were discussed in detail; the realization level of the planned work packages, the needs arising during the implementation process, the challenges encountered, and the areas for improvement were comprehensively evaluated. In this context, by comparing the targets and the realized outputs for each project, it was aimed to clearly reveal the current situation and to create a more applicable roadmap for the new period.
Among the important topics of the monitoring and evaluation agenda were the contribution of the projects to standardization processes, R&D and innovation activities, and the application and widespread impact areas for sectoral stakeholders. It was aimed to strengthen a progress model compatible with specialization goals by focusing on the transferability, sustainability, and measurability of the outputs of the studies conducted within the centers.
During the meeting process, areas with potential for collaboration in the projects carried out were also evaluated, and topics aimed at increasing inter-center coordination were discussed. In the planning for the next period; emphasis was placed on scheduling activities, clarifying the distribution of responsibilities, activating resource use, and determining implementation steps for regular reporting of outputs. In this way, it is aimed to strengthen the projects not only in terms of academic production but also in terms of sectoral impact, service capacity, and innovative applications.
The year-end monitoring and evaluation meetings were attended by projects operating within the centers listed below:
• Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Standardization and Certification Application and Research Center
• Genetic and Embryo Technologies Application and Research Center
• Innovative Projects in Animal Husbandry Application and Research Center
• Dairy Products and Technologies Application and Research Center
• Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Food Research Application and Research Center
