Goat Tulum Cheese Production Training Given to Women Producers at MAKÜ.

Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University (MAKÜ) Burdur Development Center (BGM) conducted 'Goat Milk Burdur Goat Tulum Cheese Production Training'.

In the training organized within the scope of the women's cooperativization project under the Burdur Development Center, 'Goat Milk Burdur Goat Tulum Cheese Production Training' was provided to Bayır Çavdırlı women producers and members of the Burdur Alyazmalı Women Entrepreneurs Cooperative.

The training aims to promote social development in Burdur. With the training provided at the MAKÜ Dairy Products and Technologies Application and Research Center Milk Processing Facility, it is aimed to both evaluate women's labor and contribute to employment.

In the trainings provided by MAKÜ Dairy Products and Technologies Application and Research Center Milk Processing Facility Production Manager Lecturer Aslı Albayrak Karaoğlu and her team, women producers both received training and gained information about the processing stages of milk and dairy products.
